How MoreTraffic.io handles information across our website, campaigns, calls, and lead forms.
Effective date: 2026. Last updated for the current version of the MoreTraffic.io network.
1. Who We Are
MoreTraffic.io (“MoreTraffic”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) operates a performance marketing network that connects consumers with buyers and service providers, and connects publishers with vetted buyer demand across calls and leads.
This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through moretraffic.io, our campaigns, our lead forms, and our call routing, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using our website or submitting information to us, you agree to the practices described here.
2. Information We Collect
Information you provide: name, email address, phone number, company, business type, partner type, industry, campaign details, and anything else you include in a form or message.
Call information: when you call a tracked number or are connected to a buyer, we may collect the calling number, call time, duration, geography, routing outcome, and, where permitted by law and disclosed, call recordings or transcripts.
Campaign and tracking information: referring URL, campaign and source identifiers, click identifiers, landing page, and similar parameters passed by publishers or advertising platforms.
Device and usage information: IP address, browser and device type, operating system, pages viewed, time on page, and general location inferred from IP.
Cookies and similar technologies: identifiers used for analytics, attribution, fraud prevention, and measurement of campaign performance.
3. How We Use Information
To match consumers with buyers and service providers whose campaign criteria fit the request, and to route calls and leads in real time.
To operate quality, verification, fraud, and compliance controls across both sides of the network.
To provide customer and partner support, respond to inquiries, and administer accounts and applications.
To measure and improve campaign performance, website performance, and our services.
To send service messages and, where permitted, relevant marketing communications you can opt out of at any time.
To comply with legal obligations, enforce our agreements, and protect our rights and the rights of our partners.
4. Calls, Recording, and Monitoring
Calls placed to or connected through tracked numbers may be monitored or recorded for quality assurance, verification, training, and compliance purposes. Where recording notice or consent is required by law, notice is provided at the start of the call. If you do not want a call recorded, you may end the call or ask to continue by another method.
5. Consent for Contact
When you submit a form on our website or on a publisher property participating in our network, you may be asked to consent to be contacted by MoreTraffic.io and/or one or more matched buyers or service providers by phone, text, or email, including through automated technology, at the number you provide. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
You may revoke consent at any time by replying STOP to a text, asking to be removed during a call, using the unsubscribe link in an email, or contacting us at the address below. Message and data rates may apply.
6. How Information Is Shared
With buyers and service providers: when you request a quote, service, or consultation, we share the information necessary for a matched buyer to contact and serve you. Buyers use that information under their own privacy policies.
With publishers and partners: limited campaign, quality, and performance data required to operate campaigns and reconcile activity. We do not sell consumer contact data outside the purpose for which it was submitted.
With service providers: vendors that support hosting, telephony and call routing, CRM, analytics, communications, and fraud prevention, under contractual confidentiality obligations.
For legal reasons: to comply with law, respond to lawful requests, investigate suspected fraud or abuse, or protect the safety and rights of any person.
In a business transaction: in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, subject to this Policy.
7. Cookies and Tracking Choices
We and our providers use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies for analytics, attribution, and fraud prevention. Most browsers let you refuse or delete cookies; doing so may affect how parts of the site work. Some browsers also offer a Global Privacy Control signal, which we honor where legally required.
8. Data Retention
We retain information for as long as needed for the purposes described here, including maintaining consent and campaign records, resolving disputes, meeting recordkeeping obligations, and enforcing our agreements. When information is no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it.
9. Security
We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, and misuse. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. Your Rights and Choices
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, to request details about how it is shared, and to opt out of certain sharing or targeted advertising. We do not sell personal information for money.
You may also ask to be added to our internal Do Not Call and Do Not Email lists. To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details in Section 14. We will verify your request before acting on it and will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
11. Children’s Privacy
Our website and services are intended for adults and are not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we learn we have, we will delete it.
12. Third-Party Websites
Our site and campaigns may link to websites we do not control, including buyer and publisher properties. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices. Review their policies before providing information.
