Terms of Service

The terms that govern use of this website and participation in the MoreTraffic.io network.

Effective date: 2026. Last updated for the current version of the MoreTraffic.io network.

1. Acceptance of These Terms

These Terms of Service govern your access to moretraffic.io and your participation in the MoreTraffic.io network as a buyer, service provider, publisher, or applicant. By using the site or submitting an application, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or our services.

If you enter into a separate written agreement, insertion order, or campaign document with us, that agreement controls where it conflicts with these Terms.

2. What We Do

MoreTraffic.io operates a performance marketing network that connects buyers and service providers with qualified customer demand, and connects publishers with vetted buyer campaigns. We support pay-per-call, pay-per-lead, and performance or revenue-share partnerships across the verticals we serve.

We are not a party to the transactions between consumers and buyers, and we do not provide legal, financial, insurance, medical, or home-services advice. Buyers are solely responsible for the services they deliver and for their own licensing, qualifications, and disclosures.

3. Eligibility and Applications

Participation is by application and approval only. You must be at least 18, legally able to enter contracts, and operating a legitimate business in good standing. We may approve, decline, suspend, or terminate any application or account at our discretion.

You agree that the information in your application and account is accurate and kept current, and that you are responsible for all activity under your credentials.

4. Buyer Terms

Campaign criteria. Buyers define the criteria for the demand they wish to receive, which may include geography, service or offer type, hours of availability, desired volume, budget, and qualification requirements. Delivery is made on a commercially reasonable basis against those criteria.

Usage-based buying. Buyer accounts are funded in advance. As qualified calls and leads are delivered against your campaign criteria, your available balance is applied accordingly, and you may add funds to continue or scale delivery. Applicable rates, terms, and account requirements are set out in your campaign documentation and are not published on this website.

Disputes and adjustments. Buyers may submit a dispute for a call or lead that does not meet agreed campaign criteria within the window stated in their campaign documentation. Approved disputes are resolved by account adjustment. Disputes submitted after the window, or based on sales outcome rather than qualification criteria, may be declined.

No guarantee of outcomes. We do not guarantee any specific volume, conversion rate, close rate, revenue, or return on spend. Results depend on your offer, pricing, staffing, responsiveness, and market conditions.

Buyer obligations. Buyers must hold all licenses and registrations required to service the demand they receive, contact consumers in accordance with applicable law, honor opt-outs, and maintain their own privacy and consumer-facing disclosures.

5. Publisher Terms

Traffic quality. Publishers must generate traffic through the sources disclosed and approved during onboarding. Undisclosed source changes, incentivized traffic, misrepresentation of the offer, and any form of artificial, duplicated, or misleading traffic are prohibited.

Compliance. Publishers are responsible for complying with all applicable laws and regulations governing their marketing, including telemarketing, texting, calling-time, consent, recording, do-not-call, disclosure, and advertising-substantiation requirements, as well as platform and network rules and campaign-specific guidelines.

Prohibited practices. This includes, without limitation, spoofed or misleading caller ID, unauthorized use of brand names or trademarks, false or unsubstantiated claims, government or carrier impersonation, scraped or purchased consumer data presented as first-party intent, and any traffic that violates a campaign's stated restrictions.

Payouts. Publisher compensation, payment schedules, and reporting are defined in your partner documentation and are not published on this website. We may withhold, adjust, or reverse amounts associated with traffic determined to be fraudulent, non-compliant, duplicated, or materially misrepresented, and may terminate participation for repeated quality failures.

6. Quality, Monitoring, and Compliance Controls

We operate verification, filtering, monitoring, and audit processes across the network and may review calls, leads, traffic sources, landing pages, and consent records at any time. We may pause or remove any campaign, source, or partner that we believe presents a quality, legal, or reputational risk. These controls are protective measures and do not shift responsibility for compliance away from buyers or publishers.

7. Confidentiality

Campaign terms, rates, payouts, routing configurations, performance data, and any non-public information exchanged between you and MoreTraffic.io are confidential and may not be disclosed to third parties without our prior written consent, except as required by law.

8. Intellectual Property

The MoreTraffic.io name, logo, website, content, and materials are owned by us or our licensors and may not be copied, modified, or used except as expressly permitted. Any limited promotional rights granted to a partner end when participation ends.

9. Acceptable Use of This Website

You agree not to interfere with the site, attempt unauthorized access, scrape or harvest data, submit false information through our forms, introduce malicious code, or use the site for any unlawful purpose.

10. Disclaimers

The website and services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation, and we make no earnings, results, or performance guarantees of any kind.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MoreTraffic.io and its officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill. Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to these Terms will not exceed the amounts paid by or to you under the applicable campaign in the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MoreTraffic.io from any claims, damages, penalties, losses, and reasonable legal fees arising from your use of the services, your marketing or sales practices, your handling of consumer data, or your breach of these Terms or applicable law.

13. Suspension and Termination

Either party may end participation at any time, subject to any separate written agreement. We may suspend or terminate access immediately for suspected fraud, non-compliance, or risk to the network or its partners. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

14. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The parties will first attempt to resolve any dispute in good faith. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida, and each party consents to that jurisdiction.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version takes effect when posted, and continued use of the site or services constitutes acceptance.
